The Coffee & Magic Verdict

Thunder Mesa Mercantile is my favourite shop at Disneyland Paris, and I probably go back into it far more often than is sensible.

Frontierland merchandise is exactly what I want to buy: Phantom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain, attraction clothing, pins, books, homeware and odd little collectible pieces that actually remind me of the land.

I have bought Phantom Manor books and other bits here over different trips, and there is always that feeling that if I look again I might spot something I missed earlier.

I also love the way the building is broken into different sections rather than feeling like one huge shop. It is busy enough to have a proper range, but still feels specific and atmospheric. If I could only keep one Disneyland Paris shop, this would be it.

Good to know

This is one of the broader merchandise shops in Frontierland, with a mix of attraction-specific items and more general gifts.

There is also a refreshment point outside, with benches nearby, so it is a good place to stop for a drink and a browse.

The range changes, but it is particularly worth checking for Phantom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain and The Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise.
