Our verdict
One of our favourite rides in Disney Adventure World. Incredibly fast, dark and properly exciting, with inversions and a brilliant launch. If you enjoy Hyperspace Mountain, you’ll probably love this. The Avengers theming is good too, particularly once you’re inside.
It’s probably one for older children rather than little ones. We’d say around 8+ unless they’re particularly daring.

Our tips
Consider Single Rider. If everyone in your group is happy riding separately, we often use it here. Just take the displayed wait with a pinch of salt. It relies on odd-numbered groups leaving spare seats, so a five-minute Single Rider queue can sometimes take considerably longer.
Don’t assume a short advertised queue means you’ll be straight on. We’ve joined at around 10 minutes and waited closer to 25. There are several stages to the queue, so the posted time doesn’t always feel particularly accurate.
Make use of the holding areas. Like several Disneyland Paris attractions, parts of the queue open into larger holding areas before moving on. Without pushing or running, being aware of where the next doors are can save you ending up at the back of the next group.
We wouldn’t bother with Premier Access. Between the standard queue and Single Rider, we’ve never felt the need to pay extra for this one.

Good to know
The restraints can get uncomfortable. Unlike the softer padded restraints on Hyperspace Mountain, these can dig into your shoulders and collarbone. After riding it several times during a trip, we’ve definitely started to feel it.
You can take your bag onto the ride. There’s no need to leave it behind, although with the speed, launch and inversions, we personally prefer riding without one where possible.
