Most Disneyland Paris packing advice is just normal holiday common sense. We keep ours simple.
If it is hot, take shorts and T-shirts. If it is cold, take warmer clothes. If rain is forecast, take something waterproof. Disneyland Paris does not require a magical packing list.
The difference is how long the days can be. You can leave the hotel early and still be outside for the nighttime show many hours later. Temperatures and conditions can change a lot during that time.
In summer we still like having a jacket or a couple of hoodies available for the trip. In colder months, take enough layers to adjust rather than relying on one enormous outfit for every situation.
Why it helpsCheck the forecast immediately before travelling and pack for the whole day, not just the temperature at lunchtime.
I normally carry a rucksack and my wife has her own bag. Everybody has a refillable water bottle. A power bank is a definite. Sun cream goes in when the weather needs it. Ponchos are useful for wetter or colder-season trips. An extra layer comes with us when the temperature makes that sensible.
We also carry basic medication such as paracetamol and anything else the family actually needs. We do not normally take a load of snacks into the parks.
And, inevitably, after about twenty minutes the rucksack also contains the children's ears and cuddly toys they were definitely going to carry themselves.
Why it helpsTake what solves a real problem. Every just-in-case item has to be carried all day.
This is not the trip for breaking in new trainers. We can easily hit 30,000 steps in a Disney day and sometimes more.
Your feet need to survive from the first walk to the park until the nighttime show. Wear shoes you already know are comfortable for long days.
Why it helpsThe nicest outfit in the park is not much use if your feet are finished by lunchtime.
