Plaza East is useful immediately because ears are one of the first things we look for on a Disney trip.
We would happily check the range here on the way in, note anything we like and then inevitably compare it with several other shops before buying.
Beyond that it is mainly a convenient entrance boutique for us rather than somewhere we would spend ages.
